Very pleasant cottage and location. Very clean and finished to a very high standard. Outstanding views of Loch Bay and the sea beyond-whales, golden eagles and deer all spotted from the living room window.

We had a relaxing week at this well equipped cottage with amazing views. The weather was rough but we still enjoyed our time here.

A fabulous cottage to get away from it all. Modern, roomy, comfortable & warm downstairs. Snug and warm upstairs. Lovely.

Beautiful comfortable cottage spacious for two downstairs not much head room up but the views from the skylights made up for that small detail. Warm welcome but then very private. Immaculately clean lots of hot water and very well equipped kitchen apart from small under work top fridge. We took plenty of supplies because of remote location and we don’t like to do much driving once we arrive. luckily being November we were able to leave some outside in a cool bag. Excellent phone reception and WiFi plus lovely pub and takeaway just up the road.

My husband and I (and our two pugs) had a wonderful week at The Old Dye House. The cottage has everything you could possibly need. The views (from every window) are spectacular and in the evenings we enjoyed curling up in front of the log burner with a glass of wine.

Lovely little cottage for a peaceful getaway. Two minutes from the loch side and with beautiful views from the living room windows towards Dunvegan Head and Ardmore Point respectively. The kind and helpful owner lives close to hand.

    Amazing holiday !

Lovely well refurbished property in a beautiful location. Everything catered for in the cottage and a very pleasant owner . I have a couple of issues , whilst we were there the weather was unusually cold and the heating system isn’t adequate to keep you warm , kindly the owner lent us a free standing heater, the other point is the ceiling height in the bedroom which is extremely low and quite claustrophobic ( maybe I am being too fussy but being over 6 feet tall I got fed up of banging my head) . Also the flue on the log burner bangs all night when windy which it is most of the time . Would I stop there again? Probably not.
