    Outside: Small terraced garden overlooking the River Bain with 2 patios, garden furniture and BBQ. Garage suitable for storage of motorcycles and mountain bicycles. Parking by the side of the cottage to unload only as the drive is shared. Parking then to the front of the cottage with 2 spaces. NB: The garden overlooks the River, although there is a wall between garden and river, children must be supervised.

    Stayed here a few times before and it has been great. However this time the place was unclean, cobwebs everywhere, cooking equipment used and put back unwashed. Washing machine is broken and wont do a full cycle and the front bedroom matress is really uncomfortable and was never like that. As a result I am only rating it at a 5 as for the cost i felt it was poor.

    Excellent standard of cottage. Lovely bedlinen. Very well equipped kitchen. Lots of detail eg photocopied local walks for you to take out. Only drawback - 1 toilet in the bathroom for 6 people. Otherwise 10/10.
