The Coach House is a real home from home with everything you could wish for. In a tranquil, peaceful setting yet within easy driving distance from numerous places of interest. We were given a warm welcome by the owner who it is apparent, does her upmost to personalise everyones visit. Just to be aware that you need to travel a way to find a nice country pub for an evening meal but that said the facilities in the cottage are second to none and there are many supermarkets/farm shops from which to obtain supplies. We found that after a day exploring the lovely Norfolk area, to sit out in the private garden of an evening over a meal and a glass of wine was pure heaven. Despite many years of enjoying cottage holidays, we have never as yet returned to the same one twice but this could well be the exception!

This comfortabie cottage was spacious and peaceful, with everything needed. It had good facilities for the less mobile. We enjoyed the welcome pack, particularly the eggs from the owner's hens.

We have visited The Coach House several times. It's a very equipped, spacious cottage, tucked away behind the owner's Old Rectory. It's in a good central position to visit the north coast, but also Thetford and Sandringham.

A really superb little home from home. Very warm welcome and the cottage was thoughtfully equipped, we wanted for nothing. Planning to return, so can't say fairer than that!

The cottage is ideal for dogs as the enclosed outside area is good and very good for dog walking including the park. There is no pub within 1 mile as stated, the nearest thing which is within the mile is a Indian restaurant with a bar, not really a pub, which has a few tables inside (mainly for use while waiting for takeaways) although there are tables for sitting outside. However the food is excellent, we had 2 takeaways from it. The nearest actual pub is about 2 to 3 miles.

Anyone looking for a quiet cottage with excellent facilities including disabled access will be very pleased with this property. This is the second time we have stayed here, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, the property is only a couple of miles from Dereham with supermarkets and an older town centre.
