Lovely cottage which is decorated with much attention for detail and is situated in very quiet and beautiful countryside but yet near to a lot of local attractions. Excellent wifi. Very comfortable beds and bathrooms. Kitchen is a bit small for 4 persons and would benefit if one of the wooden benches would be replaced by 2 chairs or stools. Basic stock available. Lovely welcome pack. Easy parking in front of the cottage. Large garden. We felt very at home and can certainly recommend this cottage.

We absolutely loved our stay, we were properly spoiled by our hosts, with great consideration given to each of us: a cake for our birthday boy, colouring books for our 2 kids, dog treats for the 4 legged member of the family, and a brilliant welcome pack with cooked breakfast items (even vegan/vegetarian items!) All the small things had been well considered, which makes for a thoroughly relaxing, comfortable, and thoroughly enjoyable stay. The house is immaculate inside and out, modern but cosy decor, and has a beautiful garden in a sleepy and charming wee village. We have never stayed anywhere so lovely and ideal for our wee family before. Thanks so much Caroline and Bruce!!

The cottage was the nicest we have stayed in -a lot of thought and effort has been put into all the furnishings and decor to make it very cosy and homely. A lovely welcome pack was much appreciated and our dog enjoyed her treats too. Many thanks to Caroline for our lovely break

An absolutely wonderful find. Beautiful views and walks nearby. The cottage was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The real fire is a great asset to the place and was a wonderful place to sit beside with a book and a glass of wine. It’s so good I am booked back for later on in the year.
