City lovers can explore the Hanseatic port of old Kings Lynn or the medieval city of Norwich while those seeking a quieter pace can enjoy Wells-next-the-Sea with its narrow gauge railway that takes you to the beach and its quaint mix of artisan and traditional shops and cafés. Bird watchers will of course be spoilt for choice as will walkers and cyclists. And if you’re looking for all that with a touch of luxury The Pump House is the perfect place for you. Beach ¼ mile.     Lovely quiet spot for a break and very nice apartment. It actually had a Smart Bluray player rather than just a DVD, so selling itself short there. Just a short walk through the footpath to the beach 5-10 mins tops. Pity the living room isnt at the top or middle floor, as we found ourselves sitting at the kitchen table to watch all the wildlife come out of the wood into the lovely garden, including deer, rabbits and hares. A welcome pack would have been nice at the price. But we would happily stay again.

    An excellent place for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Everything you need for your stay, plus the owners are lovely too. Great place for wildlife spotting but also close to the beach and cliffs for walking.

    We had a great weekend pre lockdown. The only downside to the accommodation was that we are used to an en-suite and that meant we had to go up and down the stairs during the night. The accommodation was very well presented,quiet,clean, comfortable and modern.

    This is our third visit to The Pump House. We park the car on Friday when we arrive and don't move it again until Monday when we leave. We walk inland and to the coast, in to Hunstanton and enjoy visiting the Lodge Hotel which is a short walk away for a drink and food.
