    The property is heated with a Bio Mass wood burner and this provides constant heating and as much hot water as needed plus under floor heating to the ground floor making this a lovely toastie warm property and comprises:
    Lounge: With exposed oak beam spanning ceiling and wood burning stove, TV with Freeview package, DVD, radio/CD (through TV and DVD).
    Kitchen/Diner: With electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
    Cloakroom: With WC and basin.

    First Floor:
    The first floor is heated with radiators and comprises:
    Bedroom 1: With King size bed
    Bedroom 2: With twin beds.
    Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle, WC, basin, heated towel rail and shaver point.
     

    All fuel, power, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi provided.   High chair and cot available on request.

    To the front enclosed lawned garden, paved patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Ample parking. No smoking.
    Please note no mobile reception in this area, but can receive reception once on higher ground. The nearest pay phone is ¼ mile away.

    Lovely warm welcome from owners upon arrival. Nice quiet location. Bedrooms spacious only complaint if I have to make one was that the pillows were not comfortable otherwise we had a great stay.

    Wonderful location, very friendly and helpful hosts in Richard and Stephanie - it was lovely being on a working farm and having a young son we were delighted to be invited to look around at the work going on. Stephanie made sure all child friendly devices were installed such as stair gates and a high-chair and it was a delight to be on the farm with the views and splendid isolation. No local amenities is not an issue and in fact part of the appeal.

    Everything was perfect. Very clean cottage with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Wonderful location with lots of walks and great scenery. Thank you to the owners who were so kind and welcoming to us. Cannot recommend it enough.

    We really enjoyed our break at Ellers Farm. Very restful but with opportunities for walking in the locality and beautiful seaside locations nearby. We were made very welcome during our stay and made use of the excellent facilities at The Stable.
