This beautiful house is one of he best rented properties I have stayed in if not the best ! Really well equipped, lovely bed linen and towels, comfy beds and super clean. We loved this part of England and would definitely visit again. If you are thinking of booking this beautiful house DO IT!!

The cottage was fantastic, large enough for a large family of 6 and dogs! The layout was perfect and all the equipment within the cottage was first class. Would recommend this as a base for exploring the local area. local town has a small Tesco which which is great for your shopping for the week and there are plenty of dogs walks in the area. Pubs are good and the beach at West Wickham was fantastic. Five stars all round

Lovely cottage, had a great time. Owners was very responsive to some minor issues on arrival. Most spotless place we have ever in stayed at with great levels of equipment and facilities. Lovely quiet location.

A delightful stable conversion, immaculate and tasteful. The layout in the cottage works very well and provides privacy. Nothing negative to say. Very well equipped, the best kitchen I've experienced in a holiday let and I've been in quite a few! Owners very nice, fortunate to meet one of the brothers, Sean. Deserves a full 5 star rating.

The Stables was an ideal base for a mixed party plus dog. Lovely walks from the door, interesting local towns and great restaurants. All of us had a wonderful time.

Excellent. Note that you may struggle with wifi if you need to take work calls or video conferences but other than that a cracking place to spend time.

Great location friendly owners who were available if required . Definitely we would return again and stay here .

The stables was an excellent holiday choice and looked exactly as the pictures displayed it. Whilst there were no local amenities, this for me was part of the charm and was known at the time of booking. The beds and bedding and towels were of a fabulously high quality. very much appreciated.

Returned for another visit and our memories did not do the cottage justice. Luxurious warm cosy and spacious all at once. There aren’t really any local amenities (as the owners of the cottage happily tell you) which is all part of the appeal. Visitors won’t be disappointed.
