Lovely cottage, felt very homely. Amazing views from the sun room and patio area. Very well equipped, everything was thought of. Perfect location to visit Snowdonia, Anglesey and Zipworld. So much to do, can't wait to go back next year. Best cottage holiday yet.

We choose Y Bwthyn as it is detached with a garden and parking. It is ideally placed to access many areas of natural beauty. The sun room was ideal to sit in at the end of the day. Our grandchildren enjoyed the games room with the pool table.

Had a lovely 3 night stay here with two young children (6&4). They loved the games room and we spent lots of time trying to play the piano! Cosy and spacious it really was a fabulous cottage. Also a great location for our trips to greenwood, Anglesey and then onto Llandudno. Would recommend

Lovely cottage set in beautiful garden with amazing views. The location is perfect, with the mountains and the coast just a few miles away. Two lounges with TVs (including Netflix if you have an account), as well as a games room with a small pool table. The owners were very helpful and friendly when we had a question.

Comfortable with fantastic views. Easy access to the A55 and A5 meant that all the North Wales attractions were within easy reach. The owner sent us a useful, informative e mail a couple of days before we left for our holidays, and then a welcome text when we arrived - nice touches.

I booked this for a surprise short break to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. The pictures on the site looked good. The property is lovely and cosy and homely. Its was warm and comfortable and everything worked as expected. Great facilities and its such a nice interesting cottage and more spacious than it first seems. Great gardens and seating area and nice sun room. There is everything you could want while being on holiday so on that we could not fault it. The owners are good at communicating and very helpful. Its clear they want to make sure you have a nice time. The area is great and its so quiet, but also well placed for walking and all the local amenities. We found a great Italian restaurant in Bangor, food was spot on. So overall a great place. We will certainly be back and that has to be the best recommendation.

We had a fabulous time in the cottage, the views from the sun room are amazing in the evening. Everything was lovely, we are going again soon hopefully but would take some tubs to keep food fresh as the equipment was a little limited but this does not take anything away from this beautiful cottage. Well worth a visit and central for lots of interesting walks.
