A charming cosy cottage, in a courtyard group of four, surrounded by lush, green countryside. This is a lovely welcoming comfortable home to retreat to after a busy day exploring the delights of North Pembrokeshire. Tastefully converted from an old mill there is exposed stone-work and a unique hallway with a ceiling which rises to the roof. The lounge/diner has a gas coal burning effect stove and French doors open onto the enclosed, sheltered rear garden, a lovely spot for a summer evening barbecue.
Mathry is a sleepy village which has a timeless quality and has a pub and the Church of the Holy Martyrs - the doors are always open. Wonderful walking and cycling country with easy access either on foot or by car to the numerous coves and beaches along the Pembrokeshire National Park Coastal Path - a beach lover’s paradise.
The Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is within a 10 minute drive & the twin sand and shingle beaches of Abermawr & Aberbach can be reached by walking through National Trust woodland carpeted with bluebells, anemones and wild garlic in the spring - fantastic scenery, birds and marine wildlife. Beach 7½ miles.
