These three holiday cottages (refs W43787, W43788 and W43789), adjacent to the owner’s home, have been thoughtfully fitted to a very good standard and are set in an attractive stone and slate barn complex. They are located in the picturesque hamlet of Bodieve, less than one mile from the market town of Wadebridge, with its array of shops, pubs and restaurants. From here, you can hire a bike or walk the Camel Trail, either to Padstow or in the other direction to Bodmin, along a disused railway track. The area is renowned for its beautiful countryside and dramatic coastline, with a host of leisure opportunities on offer. The beautiful surfing beaches of Rock and Polzeath are a short drive away. Further up the coast, is the historic fishing village of Port Isaac, where Doc Martin is filmed, and a little further, is Boscastle and Tintagel, the mythical home of King Arthur. The beautiful and dramatic Bodmin Moor is also close by, as is the Eden Project. The south coast with its gardens and traditional fishing villages are also within easy reach. Beach 3 miles. Shop and restaurant 1 mile, pub ½ mile.
