What a lovely cottage! Within the grounds of the owner’s property, but completely detached and private, this delightful cottage, accessed by a rough track, has stunning expansive views over the fields and hills of rural Perthshire, yet is just a mile or so out of the village of Methven. Inside, the cottage has been lovingly furnished with calming colour schemes. The living room has comfy sofas and a soothing atmosphere and opens up onto the sun room at the rear, which leads to a private patio and hot tub, perfect for an evening soak in peaceful surroundings. The kitchen/dining room is well equipped with everything you need to cook up a lovely meal, and upstairs the main bedroom has a quirky element with a shower cubicle also in the room. There is a separate bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. Outside, the pretty garden gives way to horse paddocks, and beyond are the rolling fields of the surrounding farm. Please note in September, the grain dryer in the adjoining barn can run for long hours.
