Brilliant. Loved it dogs loved. Will be back
We stayed here for the Easter weekend, and had an amazing time. We were well looked after by the people in there, the lodge was immaculate and the hot tub was fantastic. Great place for walking and taking your dog. Kielder water only 5mins down the road
Excellent place to stay x
Very nice lodge and nice surroundings, although i did miss having shops etc close by.Did miss having internet a bit but still had a good holiday and me and the dogs went for some lovely long walks.Very friendly owners, would recommend
it is a beautiful park with their free range scatty chickens and their 3 lovely pet pigs rita, sue and bob.
The staff were absolutely lovely and very welcoming.
Had a great time. Simon was very friendly and helpfull. The lodge was lovely and we all thoughly enjoyed ourselves. No complaints from us
We had the most amazing holiday at border forest. Ideal for a relaxing getaway, to escape reality and be amongst some beautiful nature. Simon could not do enough for us and even helped when we had a few car troubles. We can't wait to return and we have already booked to go back in September!! If I could give more than 10/10 I would.
The accommodation was disappointingly basic. There was minimal water pressure making it impossible for a proper shower or to wash up. The rooms were small and very basic. The hot tub lacked a privacy screen. The Heron lodge in particular did not look as good as the other lodges available.
Excellent place to stay- short drive to shop and nearest pubs. Lots of lovely walks from the site.
Fab location ! Stayed here for 4 nights at the end of January and the snow was amazing ! Great place for walking up into the forest with the dogs and then to relax later on in the hot tub while all around the ground was white and frosty.
Great location with plenty of places to walk the dog in a lovely forest setting.
The staff at the accommodation could not have been more friendly and helpful.
Fantastic facilities, hot tub always hot and full. Helpful staff whenever you need them. A perfect place to chill out and relax , will defo be going again
could do with a canopy over hot tub.
Amazing, cozy, homely cabin with a touch of woodland luxury!
