Amazing, cozy, homely cabin with a touch of woodland luxury!
Nice place to chill out
We have had a few holidays Ay Border Forest Lodge (usually to escape from fireworks with our dogs) but unfortunately wasn't firework free as usual. Will be looking for new remote area.
had a great time, the facilities were great and staff very lovely! would definitely book another holiday at border forest lodges
Brilliant location for dog walking. Owners very helpful and friendly
Fantastic can't wait to come back
Great place in a lovely setting, staff extremely helpful. as long as you are aware its miles from anywhere and you're OK with that this a great location.
This was our second visit to Border Forest Lodges and again it was pure perfecttion
We had a great week at the lodge at Border Forest Park. We took our small dog and there are plenty of walks available from the site itself and also in the lcoal area. We took enough food for the week as we knew that the nearest shop is 8 miles away and the nearest supermarket is 18 miles away.
We had a very peaceful week and really enjoyed the hot tub, which was in daily use!
lovley location long way for stocking up food supplies not many places dog friendly the Bay Horse pub lovely and dog friendly
Beautiful area, but lodge felt more like a caravan than lodge. And situated very close to road so annoying listening to traffic.
Quiet park in the middle of nowhere - so perfect for a peaceful relaxing holiday. Very helpful owners who quickly sorted out any issue ( minor problem with our cooker).
Very very quiet location.
Really lovely accommodation in a beautiful part of the world. It is remote, 17 miles away from nearest shop but we knew that. Really friendly and helpful staff on site. Perfectly situated for a great family day exploring keilder forest and water but also not a bad drive to get to sea houses and beaches and puffins!
